This course is for students who have NEVER taken the BLS Provider course previously or whose certification has expired.

This option provides the ultimate in flexibility! This is the exact same American Heart Association course that you would complete at our facility, but from the comfort of your own home. We send you our fully sanitized AHA approved compact CERT Training Kit, and you simply log-in to our video classroom and complete the hands on course live with an American Heart Association Instructor. No downloads of Apps are required. Upon successful completion of the course you are immediately provided your American Heart Association certification. It's that easy!

  • Adult, Child, and Infant CPR
  • Conscious and Unconscious Choking for victims of all ages

  • Cardiopulmonary Emergencies and Special Resuscitation Situations
 
How It Works:
Step 1: Register for your course, and complete the Heartcode BLS Course (access provided in confirmation email).
Step 2: Receive your compact CERT Training Kit (delivery date estimate provided prior to payment)
Step 3: Login to any class time we offer within 7 days of receiving your training kit. Classes are offered 7 days a week at 9am, 12pm, and 8pm Eastern Time (excluding holidays). Upon successful completion you will immediately receive your American Heart Association BLS Provider Certification.  

  • Internet Connection

    Students must have an active internet connection, with a webcam and microphone to complete the course. In the event the student loses internet connection during the course by no fault of their own, CERT will provide 1 courtesy rescheduling of the student to another course date within 7 calendar days of their original class date.

  • Package Delays

    Students will receive a tracking email immediately upon a shipping label being created. In the event there is a shipping delay outside of the students control, CERT will transfer the students registration to another course date of the students choosing within 7 calendar days of receiving the training without additional charge. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Failure To Return Equipment

    Failure to return the CERT Training Kit to a UPS Store within 7 business days after receiving the training kit will result in revocation of the students certification until the equipment is returned. Equipment not returned within 30 calendar days after receiving the training kit will assess a lost equipment fee of $300.00. Training Kits are considered returned when they are dropped off at a UPS Store location during normal business hours, or picked up by UPS as part of a scheduled pickup.

  • Refund Policy

    Refund Policy: There are NO REFUNDS for any of our courses. 

  • Waiver of Liability

    I hereby waive my rights to all claims for injuries that I may sustain arising out of the participation in the course, instruction, or any subsequent activities arising therefrom. I further agree to hold harmless C.E.R.T. LLC for all injuries, be them physical, fiscal, or otherwise, that I may be inflicted upon myself, or others as a result of the course. I recognize and acknowledge that there are certain risks of physical injury involved in attending a course, and I agree to assume the full risk of injuries, including death, cross infection, damages, or losses which I may sustain as a result of attending a course with C.E.R.T. LLC. I agree to waive and relinquish any and all claims I may have arising out of, or connected with, said course.

    I do hereby fully release and discharge C.E.R.T. LLC and its officers, agents and employees from any and all claims from injuries, including death damage or loss, which I may have as a result of this course.

    I have read and fully understand and agree to the above stated conditions of participation in this Program.

Any fees charged for such a course, except for a portion of fees needed for AHA course materials, do not represent income to the AHA.
