What do I need to do in preparation for my Virtual Skills course? For the best training experience we suggest that you choose a quiet room, free of background noise that allows for enough floor space for you to be able to place and comfortably administer compressions to the manikin. You may also place the manikin on a sturdy table, as long as the height is comfortable for you to be able to administer proper compressions. Your camera should be angled so that the entire manikin is visible also allowing viewing of the participants hand placement. Additionally, you must have reliable internet connection.
-
Does my camera need to be on the entire time?Video access must be available during Skills practice, Skills testing and during the written Exam. The camera may be turned off during other times. We do ask that participants mute their microphone except during the question and answer sections.
