We provide certifications for the American Heart Association BLS Providers Course, and for ACLS and PALS certifications provide HSI certifications.

There are NO REFUNDS for any of our courses.

Complete your training and hand your kit back to UPS within seven calendar days after delivery. Training Kits are considered returned when dropped off at a UPS Store location during normal business hours or picked up by UPS as part of a scheduled pickup. This seven-calendar-day deadline applies to new orders only. Existing orders retain the terms accepted at purchase and any approved extensions. Policy version: CERT-KIT-7CAL-2026-10-12-v1.

Return shipping is provided as part of your course fee. The return shipping label is in the training kit box.

We inventory all kits before they are shipped; however, if you do find that a piece is missing, simply email our shipping department at shipping@gogetcertified.com and let us know which piece is missing, and we will ship a replacement part out immediately.

Absolutely! We take the health and safety of our students seriously and ensure that all kits are professionally sanitized and sealed before shipping.

If you do not receive a confirmation for your purchased course from CERT, simply contact our office via email at admin@gogetcertified.com and let us know which course option you purchased, along with your information, and we will resend the confirmation.

If you have passed your course, all American Heart Association eCards are automatically generated and emailed to your provided email address. On occasion, eCards can go to your "Spam" or "Junk" folder. It is best to do a search in your email for eCard. Your American Heart Association CPR course is an open-book course. Most students are able to pass the course seamlessly. Occasionally, a student may not pass the skills portion or written exam for the course. In these instances, students have one opportunity to correct their skills or to re-take the written exam. Failure of the skills check or written exam a second time, will result in a course failure, and registration and payment for another course will be required.

For the best training experience possible, we suggest that you choose a quiet room, free of background noise, that allows for enough floor space for you to be able to place yourself and comfortably administer compressions to the manikin. You may also place the manikin on a sturdy surface, as long as the height is comfortable for you to be able to administer proper compressions. Your camera should be angled in such a way that the entire manikin is visible, also allowing viewing of the participant's hands placement. Additionally, you must have a reliable internet connection.

Video access must be available during skills practice, skills testing, and during the exam. The camera may be turned off during other times. We do ask that participants mute their microphone, except during the questions-and-answers sections.

Although prior experience is not necessary, a basic understanding of virtual meetings is expected to avoid prolonging the length of the course and to be respectful of other students who are participating.
